That is so cool Victor... The very first air show, actually the only air show I went to until I was a young adult (in my 20's) was held at Stead.. would have been, oh boy... I could not have been more than 9 or 10, so about 1960-61, was still an AFB at that time... I honestly don't remember what the AF was using then for its interceptors, but that's what Stead AFB was, at that time, if I remember correctly..
Wish humans had the ability to record what they saw when they were kids and be able to replay it later!!
