Chris Fayhe flew a very impressive, close-in demo in both the Corsair and the Hellcat. Does an R-2800 sound any better than in a Hellcat?

Middlesboro

I was also in Middlesboro. What a FANTASTIC warbird show. Close-in flying and no PA!! I agree about the R2800 in the Hellcat- it sounded amazing. My dad & I happened to arrive late Friday afternoon and saw the P38's fly together for air-2-air photos and practice. I got video of them diving toward the field against the sunset- it's pretty stunning.
