It's two different incidents then. Hammack and then in 78 Jerry Duty's brand new sliced up Datsun.

You guys talking about Hoover's modification to Scott Hammack's truck ? Certainly not '78. I know Scott was a little 'upset' about it...

Most definitely not. It's in Tegler's book, which only goes up to 83. Unfortunately there is nothing online about Reno 78 and the accident with Jerry Duty's Datsun and I'm at work, can't get to the book. Maybe 78 wasn't Hoover? It wass a 51.
