MSNBC has an article & some photos of the future of Rocket Racers with a demo scheduled for 8-1/8-2 at Oshkosh & also Reno if they get FAA approval. They are using the Velocity air frame with 2 types of rocket engines. Two planes being readied with one flown by an ex-astronaut & the other by an ex-navy test pilot.
