My dad saw a twin radial, twin tail sea plane departing KRNO (Reno). It was about the size of a PBY, and either gray or olive drab, and the wing floats were not retracted. Any help would be awsome.
I know this much for sure, it is a Sikorsky built in 1920.
I believe it's a S-38.
It sat on the Mercury ramp since Late August awaiting a part. The interior has wicker furniture.
