Owner/pilot Howard Pardue flies this beautifully restored Grumman F8F-1 Bearcat. A veteran race pilot, Howard has been in competition for many years at Reno and without doubt has a loyal following of fans ( a walk through the infamous "Section 3" crowd will make you very aware of this fact). This year Howard place First in the Bronze Unlimited Class at a speed of 366.569 MPH. |
