Voodoo is the race modified P-51D Mustang of
Bob Button and pilot Bob "Hurricane" Hanna. Favored by many to win the Gold this
year, it just wasn't meant to be when she pulled up after a mechanical failure, causing
her to be relegated to the pits for the duration of the event (click here for full story). Hanna
qualified the aircraft at the top of the heap posting a very fast and most impressive
speed of 452.549 MPH. |
