There is no way to really describe what it feels like when Jimmy Leeward streaks by at speeds in excess of 550mph with the burner lit! I asked Jimmy how if felt when he lit the burner… Did he feel a jolt?
"No, there’s a little thump when it lights, then you just start to go faster" I also asked him how the course felt with the burner lit… "it’s one big pull, not very comfortable."
That burner was spinning Jimmy around the new unlimited course at around 550mph average speed… Ladies and Gentlemen.. that IS fast!
