Probably my best shot of the entire week.

The auto exposure settings read the ground... the airplane is in similar lighting and I very nearly nailed the focus.

When shooting the jets, you can move out a bit on your shutter speeds, making it easier to get a clear shot. I normally try to shoot propeller airplanes at no more than 1/250th of a second to get a nice prop blur effect… (usually 1/125th) I could have made my life a lot easier shooting Jimmy and Rick doing their laps, had I remembered and reset my shutter speed.

Actually, I play the thumbwheel on the N70 to get my shutter speed where I want it, in this situation, I kept slamming it back to "prop speed settings" for the entire shoot… the "awe factor."
