Stead Field, Nevada, a place that lives year round in the minds of those who feel the draw of this magic place. The high desert valley calls to you as you count the days until your next visit. For fans and racers alike, the wait is made easier by the knowledge that your patience will be rewarded with a week of action, enveloped in the sights, sounds and smells of "RENO"

Reno 2001 was a bit different.

For those of you who got there early enough, there was some flying and some qualification efforts. Those of you who came later in the week were able to share in the event as it unfolded. Suspense, drama, good times and bad, it was all there for the taking at Reno 2001.

Was there racing? Not really but it was still "RENO"
