Air Race Fans Three Ways To Win

World of Wings,
Inc. (WOW), have announced that they will be
holding three separate prize drawings on Sunday,
September 17th, after the Unlimited Gold Race at
the 2000 Reno National Championship Air Races.
The first drawing
is sponsored by the Miss America Air Racing Team
and features a package deal for one person that
includes:
A day with Dr. Brent Hisey
and the Team talking and learning about
"Miss America" operations;
A selection of "Miss
America" Racing Apparel.
A ride in Race 11, the North
American P-51D Mustang "Miss
America;"
Dinner that same evening
with Dr. Brent Hisey and the "Miss
America" crew;
One night's hotel
accommodations;
Up to $400.00 for round trip
air fare to and from Wiley Post Airport,
in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
The Miss America
Air Racing Team is based at Wiley Post Airport,
in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where one winner will
travel to by air to claim their prize. The
"Miss America" racer an icon of
Reno Air Racing is considered the most
recognized P-51 in the world, and is one of the
few, dual-control P-51 racers, both in existence
and currently racing at Reno.

The second drawing
is sponsored by Tomos Products, the North
American distributor for Kymco Motor Scooters,
and features a Kymco Motor Scooter painted up in
"Miss America" Team colors. The Motor
Scooter will be autographed by Dr. Bent Hisey,
the pilot of "Miss America," and
presented by Dr. Hisey and Bruce Ramsey, Sales
Manager for Tomos Products in North America.

The final drawing
is sponsored by TiVo and features a TiVo unit for
the winner's home television set. More

The drawings will
be held at the World of Wings Pavilion, a 30 x 40
foot tented facility which will be located behind
the main grandstands, adjacent to the entry gate
for the Pits. World of Wings will be at the
Pavilion selling merchandise from six of the top
contenders in Unlimited Class Air Racing,
including Dago Red, Strega, Critical Mass,
Voodoo, Miss America and Rare Bear.
The pilots from
all six teams will also be on hand throughout the
races to meet and have their pictures taken with
fans, sign autographs, and "just talk."
A schedule will be posted at the Pavilion
announcing the day and time of each pilot's
appearance.
General Paul
Tibbets Jr. is also scheduled to be at the
Pavilion all day Saturday, to sign copies of his
book "Return of the Enola Gay" for his
readers.
