Dago Red heads out with her new pilot, Skip Holm, at the controls. The pursuit of it's fourth National Championship win overall would turn into a game of "Cat and Mouse" between Lockheed Nighthawk test pilot, Holm and Matt Jackson, the Air Racing entrepreneur and founder of Air Works, California City, California, just north of Mojave. This is likely to have been the first of many showdowns between these two aggressive pilots in the coming decade.
