September Pops

Mike Brown's Crew Chief, Randy Bailey, took over the helm of Mike's other airplane, Race 911, "September Pops," posting a qualification speed of 400.103 mph. Bailey finished a respectable third in the Unlimited Silver race on Sunday, at a speed of 402.558 mph.

editor’s note: Bailey’s final position was moved to second place when Unlimited Silver winner, Bill Rheinschild, forfeited his Silver win for the "bump" to Unlimited Gold finals.
