The increasing presence and influence of major corporate sponsors certainly bodes well for those involved in the pursuit of "The World's Fastest Motorsport." TiVo was a major sponsor making their first appearance in Air Racing at Reno.

TiVo also enjoys an affiliation with Sony Electronics, among others, and is quickly becoming a household name. TiVo offers an electronics suite that allows a family to program their home entertainment system, in order to choose the shows that they want to see on television.

TiVo was a backer of the Voodoo Air Racing Team; the World of Wings television production; and even appeared emblazoned on the side of the T-33 Pace Plane, as depicted here.
