Reno 2000: The Week in Pictures
There is really no describing the paint scheme on Outrageous—you just have to see it to believe it. Scotty qualified third at 233.400 mph in Formula One, which leaves one to wonder: how many pounds of metalflake are actually holding that aircraft back? Scotty finished fourth in the Formula One Gold at 237.149 mph, only a mere 8.763 mph off the pace of Ray Cote in "Alley Cat," Race 4. Me thinks that this is someone to watch in 2001...
