Perhaps the most anticipated fighter flybys will be the 'Planes of Fame' Boeing P-26A Peashooter and the Seversky AT-12 Guardsman. These 1930s fighter planes are the only flyable examples of their types in the world and have not been in the sky for quite a while

In spite of the show's fighter theme, bombers and other types of combat aircraft will also take part in the event. In particular, they will work together with the fighters during scheduled Airpower Flight mass flyovers featuring about two dozen warbirds in the air at the same time.
