Reno 2000: The Week in Pictures
Dennis Sanders and Argonaut, Race 114, provided some nifty action during the races by dueling with Jimmy Leeward in Race 9, "Cloud Dancer." Argonaut qualified in 20th position at 383.802 mph took second in Unlimited Medallion Heat 1C on Thursday at 379.343 mph; finished third in Unlimited Bronze Heat 2C on Friday; finished seventh in Unlimited Silver Heat 3B on Saturday at 366.642 mph; before finishing fifth in the Unlimited Silver race on Sunday at a speed of 389.298 mph.
