"Dago Red Sunrise"

Dago Red crew members Bill "Kerch" Kerchenfaut and Mike Wilton prepare three time consecutive Reno National Championship Air Race winner "Dago Red" for her pilot Skip Holm during an early morning test session at the 2000 event.

Crew member and photographer, Tom Smothermon sends us this fantastic glimpse into a day in the life of a racing team at Reno. Long days and early mornings are the norm for these hard working men and women of Air Racing.
